Gourmet Grill Family - Redbridge

I have visited this restaurant a few times and overall, it is decent. The starters are better than the main dishes, particularly the Chicken Tikka and Lamb Kebabs. Unfortunately, during our last visit, both my guest and I experienced stomach issues later that night. My symptoms started while in the restaurant and I had to quickly run to the restroom. My guest's symptoms occurred later in the night, which was unpleasant. Additionally, while the curries taste okay initially, they become less appealing after a few bites. I believe it may be because they thicken the masala with potato, which my wife does not enjoy. In terms of pricing, it is reasonable.

We brought our nephew who was visiting to this restaurant. The food was excellent and offered good value for the price. This restaurant is family-friendly with comfortable seating. They offer a variety of Chinese and Subcontinental dishes. The portions are huge and delicious, and the table service is good.

The restaurant management is new and has changed its name to 'Fusion Food'. The menu remains the same, offering a mix of Indian and Chinese cuisine. We ordered the medium mixed grill, with a larger option available as well. The spice levels were good overall, with the seekh kebabs being a bit spicier than the rest. From the Chinese menu, we tried the Schezan chicken and chicken Manchurian. The Schezan was tasty, while the Manchurian was just okay. We were pleased with the different taste of the grill compared to the Chinese dishes. We packed up our leftovers to take home. The service was satisfactory, and the restaurant was quiet. The toilets were clean, and parking was available across the road for a fee. Overall, it was a decent experience considering the location and price.

Went with extended family members. It was a pre booked dinner, however had to wait very long prior to get seated. Idea was to have buffet, some items were not available. One staff in particular was helpful, few others were awful. As we were one of the last customers, we were rushed to finish due to cleaning. Out of everything lamb chops, chicken noodles were the winners. Will not go again.
