Pho Express - Redbank Plains

Pho Express left me with mixed feelings. The 2 Meat Treat, featuring crispy skin chicken and BBQ pork, disappointed as the chicken was overcooked and the pork too fatty. The spring rolls were unfortunately overdone. The pricing seemed high for the overall experience. Service was average, but the constant yelling from the cooks made for an uneasy atmosphere, leaving the young server frequently apologising. Being a local I wish my first expensive was more positive but unfortunately I don't think will return.

I was super sick the other day and got their Rare Beef Pho for takeaway and it was the best thing i’ve ever eaten in my life.
