The best fried catfish and fried okra in the Dallas-Fort Worth area can be found at this restaurant. I am a regular customer and am never disappointed. The service is always great and the food is fresh and hot.

The food at this restaurant was fantastic! From the brisket and fries to the smoked ribs and potato salad, every dish was delicious and lived up to the restaurant's reputation. The service was also outstanding. I highly recommend this restaurant and want to give a special shoutout to the chef for the amazing meal.

I have visited this restaurant multiple times since my last review and the quality of the food has not been consistent. It is apparent that there are different chefs who do not follow the same recipes. I particularly enjoy the fried pork chops and crispy cabbage made by one specific chef. Is it possible to request that this chef prepares my meals? There is a noticeable difference in taste. It is disappointing that I have not been able to enjoy the same level of satisfaction each time I visit. I had hoped that this restaurant would become my new favorite spot.

During our trip back to Michigan, we decided to grab some food. I would rate this restaurant 3 stars because the food was not up to par. The ribs seemed like they were not freshly made and the brisket sandwich, although tasty, was quite basic. I have had better BBQ elsewhere.
