I waited almost 20 minutes because I saw that the staff was very busy. when I finally asked, the staff had assumed it was Kurbid (clearly front counter on the app) and acted as if it were my fault not to complain earlier. eating was completely cold. I understand they're busy, but I'm sorry for a mistake.
Like most of them, I have enjoyed a mcdonalds meal since a young child in the 70s. my only complaint is how the burgers and drinks have become smaller, but the prices have a considerable amount higher. I understand the inflation. but the product is not accepted that due to the increase in value., when the cost must grow as the product must remain the same to speed up the increase in cost. if the product has to shrink to stay the same, I would understand. to have a good meal that is worth the price accepted. but having a meal that is not worth the price is disappointing. I say the price of the meal should adapt well to the size and I guess I have two complaining. the second is how, the customer is always right understood in restaurant business is not held in these days. as well as some of the manager district and single person, abuse some patrons. on only the take to die to appear there. that should never happen. the care is not of any person's opinion of another who spends currency and should always be treated with greatest respect and sacredness for all time with greeted smiles and respect.
I don't understand how mcdonald can make so many commands wrong!? my bf just went there and received only one of the 2 meal times he ordered! They really need to check their orders twice when they handed them to customers and repeat their order to ensure that his correct!
The service was terrible. the worst mcdonald’s in which I was. when we served after a 10-minute waiting period, there was no greeting, no excuse for waiting and no dialogue, except for the whole. the kitchen was full of employees working on the way through and rail, but no one was in the dining room at all. while we waited, 15 minutes, for our order I experienced 3 other orders coming back due to mistakes and 1 person who had waited for 10 minutes to be taken his journey through order to the parking lot. eating was hot and up to expected standard, but the service was not definitiw.
More times and not my orders are not right. They usually have one or more items that I want not available. And I've asked you preorder things like muffins that they cook later on and pay for them ahead of time which has been done for me multiple times and appreciated of course and then one night I get a snotty little girl on the dress shoes that said no they don't do that and they said yeah I think you do because I've done it before I'm willing to pay for it first. And she says no we don't do that it's edible can you ask your manager? She didn't have time to ask you met her manager she just said no. I said well can I have your name and your manager's name and she paused, she said no I don't have to give out that information. And I said that's okay I can read the clock until what time it is so have a great night and that was it but that's only like one visit. Every visit I have something wrong with my order if I don't check the order they mess up something so maybe they should work on training their staff little better
