The Cheese Cave - Red Bank

My daughter and I had a fantastic evening at the Cheese Cave in Red Bank, New Jersey, for their Cheese Tasting event on May 18th. The group size was small and created a cozy atmosphere. The owner, Steve, was incredibly knowledgeable about the various types of cheese, their origins, and what to look for in each one. Our hostess for the event, Lacey, was exceptional—very friendly, attentive, and just a genuinely nice person. Most importantly, we met a group of women who made us feel as if we had been friends for years. I highly encourage you to visit the Cheese Cave; they offer more than just cheese and are also well-known for their sandwiches. We will definitely be returning. Thank you for a wonderful evening!

I'm not usually a big fan of cheese, but the Pig Fig was incredible. It's definitely a fantastic lunch spot in Red Bank!

Great selection of cheeses. The atmosphere is pleasant, and the staff is friendly. They also have a nice wine from the nearby Wine Cellar.

Stopped in for a sandwich quick, but will definitely be back for charcuterie items as well. People were very nice and I got my sandwich very quickly which is nice. Looking forward to going back on a Friday for the $5 bites from 5-8pm. Awesome shop, anticipate becoming a regular.

This is the first time I've ordered a cheese platter from Cheese Cave and all I can say is that I will be back over and over again! The platter was stunning and it was so beautifully composed. So delicious and what a beautful presentation! My guests were very impressed. I can't say enough good things, the staff is so helpful and wonderful as well!
