Semolina - Red Bank

Great pasta menu changes monthly. The bread is piping hot when it comes out, but incredibly hard. Staff are courteous and quick to service. Overall, if you want great pasta, hard and hot bread, and a unique menu that consistently changes, this is a great local spot. We come back quarterly.

Nice experience here on a Sunday night. Salads and pastas were good and the service was A+. Wish they had some additional vegetarian options. Dessert was fantastic forgot what it was called but was kind of a berry/granola/yogurt type of parfait. They have this farm to table concept but it didn 't seem to have any noticeable difference in the food quality, at least to me. Also, the tuna did not taste fresh or high quality enough for a tartare.

Amazing restaurant, the food is amazing,very tasty, the presentation of the food are beautiful and the restaurant itself is beautiful, The only think I didn't like was the dessert menu, it needs improvement and please, remove completely the Lemon pound cake from the dessert menu and add something with Chocolate because there was nothing with chocolate. Absolutely perfect meal from the delicious, crusty bread to the appetizers tuna crudo, peach panzanella salad, squash blossoms, corn agnolotti, tomato salad and the mains the tuna and the fluke. The budino and the rice pudding were also amazing. Service was outstanding as usual. Wait staff are always so friendly they treat us like family. Love Semolina!!!

4 of us... 3apps.. 2 big pastas as a second course... and 4 entrees. When entrees were dropped we had 20 mins to eat and bounce. We we're given dessert menus, but made to feel uncomfortable. The restaurant recently added on for a “pasta shop” maybe hang the pasta from the wall and add extra tables. The restaurant continues to mock reviewers for similar time constraint reviews... but they're valid.. VERY valid! Part of this business is adjusting.... Figure that out.. C
