Gems House Of Bagels (middletown)

They have truly restored my faith in humanity. My wife and I were having a tough time, and we decided to share an egg and cheese sandwich along with some coffee. We were a bit short on cash, but instead of taking off the coffee from our order, they showed us kindness and let us have an extra sandwich on the house! It was amazing. This is a fantastic place with wonderful people!

I recently visited Gems in Middletown on Union Ave to try their chicken sandwich, and it was hands down the best sandwich I've ever had. It was perfectly crafted, with the chicken being neither tough nor too thick—just right! They even warmed the chicken to eliminate any chill, which made a big difference. You could really tell that the sandwich was made with care. As someone who owns a catering company, I appreciate the effort that goes into making food with love. Great job, team!

The customer service here is subpar. However, I don't blame the staff; it seems like the owner doesn’t compensate them properly. You definitely get what you pay for at this establishment.

This is the third time I?ve been here and the girl that works there is so rude. I always order scrambled eggs with cheese. Each time it?s this huge deal. The last time I got it but I had to take 10 minutes to explain to the cook what the difference is between that and a cheese omelet. This morning I ordered this again and I didn?t get it again the women behind the counter was so rude and told me I?m wrong that this is scambled eggs and I got so annoyed that she?s arguing with me I said forget it and just left it?s so annoying never again HORRIBLE Customer service
