3rd visit to the Carole Brewery and still bluffed! We see the cooks that work and they don’t just heat dishes, they cook. I tasted 2 dishes of the day and a pizza and I was not disappointed. On the service side, I saw a client drop his knife and a waiter arrive immediately to give him a clean one. In short, a brewery that seems to be like others but offers very good quality services.
