Mcdonald's - Reading

I come here once a week with friends to have a quick lunch. So far we have been here since last year, the food has never been made to a bad standard I am very happy about. The prices are low and the food is always warm. It is also in an ideal place when you go through the oracle.

Many seating, clean neat friendly service. Full menu available, travel service also available. Has high chairs and bathrooms were good condition.

Yesterday I have my pommes on the floor by mistake, the purer at the time was amazing, she cleaned them fast and came back with hot new pommes, she was the best I would do her a manager ass.

I just wanted to say I went to the McDonalds of Riverside tonight and encounter an unpleasant experience with a few customers and someone brought this to the attention of the staff and they immediately reacted and asked who it was and alerted others to make me and my friends feel more comfortable, the behavior then continued and they then left, but the staff did not stop defending us even after they did their work and made an announcement. I hope that the employees will receive some recognition for how amazing and beyond and beyond they went not to let this behavior go further or to go unnoticed. A gentleman who gave orders, and a manager in a gray jumper who ran above all, went beyond and beyond and just being big people to stand up. Thank you.

Relatively good service considering Reading is one of the largest towns in the UK. Apart from the unavoidable occasional busy shopping days, you are never left waiting excessively long from my limited experiences. Ordering screens usually get fixed quite quickly and within a week. Always generally clean when I have visited and acceptable space to eat inside a few outside table/chairs or the walls along the Riverside.
