Schaylor Brewing Company - Reading

We have always liked the food here, but unfortunately our most recent visit here was beyond disappointing. We received one appetizer after an hour wait, then almost another hour waiting for food. We took our food to go, almost was tempted to cancel the order and leave without anything. Won't be coming back for a while, very sad.

They let poeple vape while sitting at the bar! is that acceptable??? i think not!

This is my first yelp review. That's how bad our experience was. Arrived on a Friday night at 6:15 for outside seating. We were told the wait would be 30 mins. We were seated at 7:25. We ordered drinks and food 10 minutes later. Our drinks came in phases at 8:05. After all the drinks came, we were then told the kitchen was behind. We got our food at 9 pm. Beer were comped, which was kind, but only 2/4 people ordered beer. Really disappointed the staff weren't more up front about the wait time so we could have gone elsewhere.

Stopped here for a beer after having been somewhere else so we only tried the Margherita flatbread pizza which was really good. The beer selection was good and we enjoyed the Berricuda and Lunar Occultation. Service was attentive and the atmosphere was great! There was a mix- from folks playing pool to families with small kids having dinner.

Every time I go to Schaylor, I have an even better experience than the time prior. The servers are friendly and attentive and the food on freaking point. The special wing flavor is always so delicious. Since my Dad isn?t an active Google reviewer, I?ll leave this for him too since he practically lives there. Everyone is always so kind and courteous to him as well. Love it guys. Keep it up!!!
