Dunkin' - Reading

My coffee is always spot on, and being a regular definitely helps! They also hire really nice staff.

The drive-up line here is shorter than the one at Dunkin' Donuts near my home, but the service is slower, so it took about the same amount of time. I ordered a pumpkin spice coffee with milk, but it ended up being too creamy and sweet, almost like a latte. While the line was short, the order was still inaccurate. I might give it another shot, but I'm not sure.

Awful service. The young woman at the drive-thru window had a terrible attitude, and it took an astonishing 15 minutes to receive my order. I will definitely not be returning.

Been here 3 Saturdays in a row and the staff is horrible. They don't acknowledge you. You stand at the counter they look at you and ignore you. Today lady takes our order Than takes her hand and shews us away. Very rude staff. Hopefully last trip here.

This location gets crazy busy! I try to order just before or after their rush.
