I have to say, I won't be coming back. My child and I waited patiently in line for our ice cream, which had already been made and was sitting near the register. Then, two customers walked in and bought ice cream straight from the freezer. Shockingly, the MANAGER decided to serve those customers who had just arrived instead of us, while our ice cream sat there melting. He didn't even apologize for this oversight until I pointed it out. It's clear there's a lack of respect for customers' time and service here!

I wanted to rate this restaurant more highly, but I am very disappointed. We used the app for curbside pickup, but there were no designated parking spaces available. We ended up walking in, where we saw a sign above one of the registers indicating it was for pickup. Unfortunately, the staff member there completely ignored us, and we had to wait in line for 20 minutes. When our order was finally retrieved, it came straight out of a freezer behind the counter, meaning it had been ready the entire time. The ice cream was extremely hard, and our order was incorrect. I’m giving it 2 stars because the ice cream did taste good, but I won’t be returning.

Try the Mud Pie Moja! Loaded with sweetness! Cold Stone was quite full when we were there but it was a Saturday night. The line moved at a decent speed. Outside their tables could have been cleaner.

Wonderful experience with the family. The kids really enjoyed it.
