Coastal Grille - Reading

I had a wonderful dinner at this restaurant. Our server, Druv, was fantastic and very attentive. The appetizers and main courses were expertly prepared, with beautiful portions that were absolutely delicious. The drinks were creative and tasty. The highlight was the dessert—the chocolate bag was simply amazing. It was a great experience overall, and we definitely plan to return!

Food was delicious. We found dori just keep swimming. Lobster bisque yummy and creamy, the right mix of lobster to bisque. The coastal cheddar burger medium rare, done to perfection with fries thin and crispy. The desert was the best part. A custom masterpiece of a chocolate bags with strawberries, blueberries and fresh made cream , your taste buds will be in heaven. This is a must try place. Thankyou for a heavenly meal.

The restaurant has a lovely ambiance, and the fish tank is stunning (I spotted Dory, but unfortunately not Nemo). The staff is friendly and accommodating. We sat in the bar area, where our server Michael was absolutely phenomenal! We ordered the alligator bites (no photo, as we were too hungry), and they were tender, crispy, and not overly breaded, with the dipping sauce being a perfect match. Coming from South Louisiana, we took a risk with the alligator bites and had no regrets. I also ordered the "3 Amigos," which featured fresh jalapeños with a nice spicy kick. For dinner, I had the seafood risotto and seafood gnocchi. Both dishes were packed with plenty of seafood, and I would highly recommend them!

I celebrated a milestone birthday with my family at this restaurant. It was an incredibly hot day outside, and I did notice it was a bit warm inside, which was my only complaint. Other than that, the food was fantastic, the drinks were excellent, and the service was top-notch! This was our first visit, and we definitely plan to come back to try more dishes. I’m particularly eager to try the chocolate bag, a dessert we had never heard of before. Thank you for providing us with a wonderful meal and an unforgettable culinary experience on my birthday!

That was my first visit to the Coastal Grille. I had lunch in the bar and enjoyed the fish chips $17.70). The service was great with the food. The portion size was very generous.
