Applebee's Grill - Reading

Nice workers but awful service. Took too long to get food out, messed up my order and other tables orders, forgot silverware, and food tastes awful. First time at this Applebees and I’ll make sure it’s my last.

I had numerous credit card charges and spoke to the manager Ednors or what ever his name was. All he could say was yea it was a credit card issue. They charged me 27 times and all u could say was that how inconvenient how about if I would have gotten over draft fees u didn't care about anything u were like oh we got an email about it this morning no remorse about anything that happened what a **** show

When we got inside it was freezing. I told the waiter and he said that that they would bring the temperature up. He said it was reading 68 degrees. With in 10mins I was able to take my coat off. The waiter Josh was the best! We had a great meal and enjoyed being there.Food: 5/5

Came in for a quick bite, exactly what you'd expect from an apple bees. I got the bourbon street chicken and shrimp, it was flavorful and cooked well, arriving on a sizzling skillet. The husband got the new cheeseburger, cooked to his liking. We both had one of their monthly specialty cocktails, the tipsy zombie (on the sweet side), and Dracula's juice (on the tart side). Both drinks were tastey! This was a much better experience then a few month back.

Good eating, pleasant staff and reasonable prices. they always enjoy eating here. Accessibility: a few spots directly at the doorstep.
