Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Rayne

The chicken was piping hot fresh. Skin was crispy, meat juicy, well seasoned. The Cajun rice was bland but ok. The biscuits, well it’s a Popeyes biscuit. You can’t go wrong with a little honey on top. The service was great. Best I’ve had at a fast food restaurant since Covid. I will definitely be back.

On a scale 1 to 10 this Popeyes have to be the be the worst...old hard cold chicken long wait and it's always the same ...they are routinely messed up...I'm black so it's not discrimination...it is what it is....the workers and manager or managers are pathetic just working for a check....if the work crew reading this....yall need to quit...let someone who cares come run this show before it gets shut down....ughhhhhh

Terrible service. Stood in line for several minutes and wasn't even acknowledged.

They have me waiting to make my order even I tell them I was there, also they don’t give a nice entry to the customers, also when I ask to add something else to my order the cashier start hitting the table hard give me bad look, and add the end I was giving the chance, he just throw it at my hand and left with say thank you ot

Service is subpar and food it’s not great, tenders dry and old, was told out few items and didn’t even give complete meal had to ask for missing items, No unsweet yea and the restaurant and bathrooms was not clean at all!
