I asked if there was a way I could put in an order for something and was told it’s be a long wait because their having a meeting. Maybe the first thing you should go over in this meeting is the fact that you have a customer asking for a service
Delivery has changed to door dash and the level of service is embarrassing. Pizza was picked up notifications made and finally cancelled. Then find out that I need to try and request refund through the Casey’s app.
My husband and I don't ever want to get in a pizza rut. So to keep the spark alive we mostly move between Casey's and Minsky's... We absolutely love the Madison Street Casey's, and think it's the best of them out of the many in the area! Every order we have ever made with them has been prompt, consistent, and delicious. And most importantly they have always checked with us on pick up, if/when we had a special request before we leave... just to make sure they are met to our standards. They definitely always go above and beyond to make sure we are happy and that pizza this week was the best I've had in a while! It was for sure more than perfectly well done! ...Thanks again!
DoorDash messed up my pizza deliver. I ordered in the casts app so I’d course I got the you have to call the other routine. However, the staff and manager Dylan did everything to make it right. I hope corporate figures out how to deal with mistakes that DoorDash makes.
These Employees couldn't care less about their customers. There is never any receipt paper in the pumps if you pay with a credit card, you then go inside and wait 10 minutes for someone to finally come out of the office to help you.
