This is the first time I've been to this restaurant and I was disappointed by the main dish, namely chuck, which was inedible because it was too hard. Chuck remains a tender meat if it is well cooked. Beyond the apologies, a small commercial gesture from the managers would have been welcome! ! Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch
