Pho Hai Duong (in Seoul Plaza)

Everything I ordered was tasty but the pork chop was a bit dry and served with a butter knife.

Haven't been in this place for a while but great food.

Was wanting just an ice coffee for the road, so I stopped by here. Did not know there was a $10 minimum for card pay and the cashier didn't seem pleased but went ahead anyways with my order. I tipped an extra buck but I really shouldn't have. Ended up paying $7 for a barely half filled cup! I literally finished it in a couple of sips. I've never received such little amount at any other Viet place. If you didn't want to take my order, I gladly would have gone elsewhere. I'm never coming back here again as there are a hundred other Viet establishments in the area that won't cheat you like here.

In my opinion, best in the falls Church Annandale Springfield area. Go almost once per week.

Service is fast and great, their pho is delicious, and prices are worth it!I try to find a better pho place closer to me but none can compare to here. I've come back here many times and will continue to.Thank you Pho Hai Duong!
