Owners friendly and welcoming the food was great was a quick stop and we decided to stop for dinner and we had the lamb shank was best decision we made will deffintaly be coming back again

This pub and it’s publican are a real find! Almost like striking gold. Great heritage pub with cold beer, yummy food, pub tours and a vintage car and bike showcase. Next time we come we will be staying a few days to really soak in the atmosphere. A definite must on your itinerary. ??

Had the BEST day ever at the Railway Hotel. Friendly service, great food and comfy bed. The work that has gone into this place is insane...... Totally recommend for a good day out.

Definitely a HIDDEN GEM!!! The Whisky Bar area in the Cellar has to be seen to be believed. Well done to Terry his staff, it’s a great experience!!! Enjoy a Ravenswood Lager while you’re there too.
