Teodora Caffe - RAVENNA

Called in for a quick lunch. Offered pasta and ordered 2 glasses of vino and some bread. Pasta con crema and Proscutto turned up (never bread). Patronised about how the wine is from the area, yep we know. Pasta was warm and tasteless. Worst Iv ever had. I went to look for some bread and explained that it was terrible. Patronised and could tell they thought we were stupidenglish tourists! (I used to live in Rome).And I ordered a focaccia, which arrived with the guy telling me it was a pizza. When we paidtbsy still charged for pasta despite me leaving mine, and my husband half of his. The man Said I should have told him about my pasta, which I did (I told the lady who I ordered from). All in all a **** place with nice wine. I would have written in Italian, but this patronising place taking advantage of stupid tourists would obviously think I could speak Italian. Worse place I have been too. Ps I should have judged this place on its toilets first!! Vile!!

Lovely place, with loads of character. Food was fine, but the ambience made the place. Service was very good, despite the fullness of the place.

Siamo stati in questo caffè Teodora a Ravenna solo per un aperitivo veloce, in quanto poi abbiamo cenato in un posto vicino. Ci siamo seduti a un tavolino all'aperto, in un tranquillo appartamento nel centro storico con personale disponibile e gentile.

Just for a quick stop it was very nice. We had coffee, and Aperol spritz, and we got it very quickly and it was also fine.
