Al 18 Di Piazza Mameli Closed - RAVENNA

I'd never noticed this piadineria when I noticed, I took two nutellines. The waiting is not long and in case there is a bench and two or three chairs in front of a table. I take the nutellines and make me pay 3€ normally the nutellines cost 50 cents. Good thing I only took two. I used to get the crescione that had the same price... But it goes well, I only forgave it because the dough is thin, crisp out, soft inside and so much nutella.

The piadina in the square is a must, even if it is true, Mrs. Carla puts the time to put us. All done at the moment though, all fresh and all good.

Errata corrige: I rewrite the review for this piadineria, which I do not know how it ended up on a piadineria of Cesena, I apologize also with Tripadvisor. It is not easy to review a piadineria, the tastes regarding the piadina vary like those related to the Neapolitan pizza, in my opinion however and for my taste the piadina of the kiosk of Piazza Mameli is the best of all Ravenna, I am talking about the only pure and simple piadina, then regarding the filling I can not say anything not having tried it. The lady who runs the kiosk is kind and always tries to do her best.

For lunch I decide to try this piadineria, from the well-exposed list of products, opto per una piadina con dough alla curcuma con fesa di tucchino, fungi e squacquerone. Really good!! Light and tasty! The kind owner prepared the piadina in a few minutes. I came back several times. Recommended for a quick and tasty lunch! !

True piadina romagnola stesa, cooked and stuffed at the moment... I am always for the classic raw and rough squaquerone, but there are a thousand variations... all sliced and cooked at the moment...
