Dell'abergo Pace Alpina - RAVASCLETTO

Local I've known for over 20 years. In the after COVID I had tried it a couple of times but everything had changed and I had deleted it from the list of my favorite places. Today, at the invitation of my son, I returned to Alpine Peace. Booked for 12 but they tell him not to arrive before 12.30. At 12.30 the club was practically empty. At the bar one adventurous. I wonder what changed since the parking lot of the cable car was full of cars and once, at lunchtime, it was hard to get in. We sit (4 people and receive 2 only menus written on a sheet of paper A4. All typical dishes of a time (lagna di fungi, taglialini, gulasch, cutters etc. incomprehensibly disappeared to leave room for other dishes that, frankly, in that environment nothing separates us. Turns out it's been there in Ravascletto, Gordon Ramsey. In a nutshell, we decide to order 1 portion of frico with polenta, 2 deer roasts and 1 burger with fries contour. After five minutes the waitress informs us that fries were not available because their supplier had not delivered them. They therefore propose to change them with boiled potatoes, baked manco!! After congruous waiting arrive the dishes. Apart from the frickin, eatable but definitely different from what I had eaten from them at least thirty times, comes a meat burger thrown on a plate (without sandwich obviously and on the same plate a bowl with boiled potatoes that even in the hospital are served so miserably. Together they also arrive the two dishes of deer roast with other dish of potatoes always read hospital style. Let's start eating. The two commensali who had opted for the deer stop immediately and point out that the meat emanates a strange smell and is not eatable. The burger is also practically raw. For 10 minutes we tried to attract the attention of the only waitress present in the room that did not spin us absolutely despite we were scrambling to attract attention. A commensale had to rise and demanded the presence of someone at the table. Shortly thereafter came the maid who brought the burger back to the kitchen to finish cooking. Then came the owner to whom we pointed out that the two portions of deer were in our opinion unfailing but the Lady told us that for them they were okay like this. Even the burger, despite the second cooking, was still raw and for this reason we decided not to eat it. It has therefore been said that we will have brought that food to our dogs and they, quite indifferent, prepared the aluminum container. Despite our explicit complaint, however, given the twenty-year relationship of our family with that restaurant, we would have expected another treatment. At the time of paying, the owner closed in the kitchen and sent the maid to account. Nothing has been removed from the account and we were only asked if we wanted to drink digestives offered by the house. We naturally refused. The thing that most made me angry though is that in the face of the negative review published instinctively by my son, the owner responded that the dishes returned to the kitchen clean. Obviously they returned to the kitchen clean because the two portions of deer and the burger (about 50 euros!!) were put in an aluminum container to be given to dogs. To demonstrate I attach photos of the package and the receipt. Please enlarge photos and realize the burger conditions (top in the photo and the condition of deer meat, dry, deprived of any sealing sauce and, in our opinion cursed, perhaps possible leftover of the Christmas dinner. Of course, we're not gonna get any more foot in that place.

Food cooked badly so not good the price quality ratio. Welcome so much, so much so that the girl gave us the table sighing... as if we had arrived who knows what time.... were the 13

Characteristic and quiet place sublime food, every time we find it ever more good. Fresh and quality foods that make the difference. Fine dishes and well presented. To return every time you go to Ravascletto. COUNCIL!!!
