Papa Johns Pizza - Rapid City

The staff at the restaurant were extremely friendly and provided quick service. For a snack, we ordered brothsticks which were absolutely delicious.

We went up about 12:25 lights and the open sign stood up, the door was unlocked. we even had one who came by and didn't say anything. So we go in and when I picked up a menu, a dame went up and said about hallo we are closed, we are closed since 12 my man said in order thanks, but we were confused because not only that they seem open, but it is Saturday night and their website google said they were open until 1:30. I don't go to this place in the rule and after that I don't want to go back.

We have never had a cold, or bad pizza from Pappa Johns on Mt. Rushmore Road, Rapid City, South Dakota. They deliver pretty fast, the pizza is hot, and tasty. I did email the company asking if they could add a section for online orders to request plates and seasonings. Hope they do that.

The pizza here is usually good, but the management is rude and impossible to deal with. Their website consistently won't let a person place an order, and when you call and try to explain the situation they refuse to honor the online prices, telling us we need to call the online website support if we have an issue. It shouldn't be the customer taking to the time to fix their problem, it should be the company.
