Mcdonald's - Rapid City

I had a wonderful experience at the restaurant. I was warmly greeted with a "good morning" from a team member who was working in the drive-thru, even though she wasn't at the front. My food was brought out promptly, which I really appreciated.

I don't have much to say about this place since I rarely eat here, but yesterday we ordered a bundle and the burgers were undercooked! It was disgusting, and I won't be returning to this location.

The staff is incredibly friendly here. It really emphasizes that it’s not about how you perceive others, but rather how you treat them in order to receive the same kindness in return. Show respect and good manners; remember, the world doesn’t revolve around just one person.

I am extremely impressed with this restaurant! I won’t dine at any establishment that has a closed lobby, and this place has stood out as the best in customer service during these challenging times. Thank you for your dedication and outstanding service!
