Fuji Sushi - Rapid City

You might not expect a sushi restaurant in a mall to be so impressive, but we were pleasantly surprised. We ordered the sweet potato, avocado, and peanut avocado rolls, and they were all delicious. While the vegan options are limited and not clearly labeled, we were very satisfied with the food we chose!

Do not let them be fooled by the situation. eating here is fresh and tasty—we have been happy and caught them during the happy hour. faster and friendly service. interesting personal. simple for vegan, gluten-free diets and has stuff for carnivores. even those who don't like sushi. yummy!
