Chili's Grill - Rapid City

Honestly, probably the worst Chili 's experience I 've ever had, and I really love Chili 's. Definitely suffering from staffing shortages, our waitress said she was new and/or it was her first day, but she was by herself and not being trained, which showed.Wasn 't told until we went to order that they had no soup or salad that day (strange also very sad, literally the only reason we went was to get the chicken enchilada soup), so got the new chicken crispers, which were mediocre at best, they got our sauces wrong twice, and we weren 't even given the mac and cheese it was advertised to come with. In fairness, we could 've asked about the mac, but at that point just wanted to eat and leave. Bill took forever to come.On the whole, I don 't really blame the waitress, but there was just an overall lack of care and quality in the food and service. Hope it improves at some point.

I would not even give one star, but don't see an option for none. Very very sad location, we have lived here for several years. We finally decided to try this restaurant and really only because Applebee's was so swamped. We walked into this place waited for someone to even speak to us. Finally told host we were just table for 2. Host told me at least 30 minutes or more that the kitchen was really backed up. The dining area was not even half full. But ok we noticed 2 people sitting at the bar so, we asked if we may sit at bar have a beer and wait to be seated.... Haha, host walked over to the bar asked whomever and they said NO. He came back and told us no that the bar was backed up as well. Bartender could not take the maybe 2 minutes to pour a beer to keep us there while we stupidly waited to be seated at already empty tables. Haha .... With the stock show, rodeo in town you would think they would do whatever to keep you there for your business. Not only did you lose customers but also revenue. My word of mouth will go along ways. This place needs a huge HUGE, amounts of overhaul. Anyone reading this do NOT even try this place worst experience EVER!! McDonald's has this place beat!!

Did not even sit down. Half the tables were empty, only two customers at their bar. Was told that they were short staffed. Asked if we could sit at the bar and wait the hour wait list. We watched the waiter walk over to the Manager who i noticed had been sitting at the bar since we had been waiting, shake his head no that they were to busy to handle two extra people at the bar. Wow. It was unbelievable that with that many empty seats that he would not want to keep customers around if possible. Will never be going back there again....

Ordered for delivery and the baby back ribs I ordered is too salty that I end up throwing it out. Big waste of money.
