Be sure to check your order, not only are they giving incorrect receipts but they are charging the extra dollar for the cheese that they are NOT putting on the sandwichs. Twice in two weeks now. Called them to address the issue and the manager who answered the phone would not provide their name. So, I went to the corporate website and the chat bot could not provide help with this and closed the interaction. BK is now on my personal avoid at all costs list. Sticky floors. Sticky tables, no ice in Soda machine and slow not helpful service. but the bathroom was clean

Was told from the diligent for all crispy chicken combs 6,7,8,9. the hired were nice, then became rude and had attitude. I recommend you go to champaign.
