My mother grew up in this house over the street and I visited my grandparents there until the beginning of the 1980s. I knew Kelly was out when I was just a baby, so the revisitation of the area took me back a few years as she.. My grandparents and mother have now left and buried on the Randolph Cemetery, which I have just visited before I stopped by Kelly's who had remembered and enjoyed my family who had lived by Hwy 73 years ago. The house has now expired and my grandfather's forging shop has gone, but Dean and Lillian are still reminded of Kelly's over the street. Stop in there and ask for the family that leave Madison in the 1930s and settled in this house over the street. My grandmother baked and shared with these wonderful people.
Nice tavern, good drinks and food. Everyone is friendly and it's the cleanest bar I've ever seen.
Big burger and fish, friendly bartender impeccably clean. With mother for a late lunch, enjoyed the food and conversation. Comfortable, casual and family-friendly.
If you like fish frys, you'll love Kelly's. Best seafood platter ever ! And... It's not just Fridays they have their fish fry on Friday and Saturday evenings.
Always have great food and drinks, good people that work there. we
