Starbucks - Rancho Santa Margarita

Fantastic drinks and wonderful staff! The customer service is outstanding! A special shoutout to Josh for his cheerful demeanor, especially during the early morning hours. As someone who also works at 4 AM for the USPS, it’s refreshing to walk in and be greeted by a smiling face and positive energy to kick off the day!

The restaurant offers both indoor and outdoor seating and has a medium-sized layout. The staff is friendly, the service is good, and the drinks are of a similar standard.

A large location. If in the area, it is a good choice if you like a larger store size. I recently tried the Iced Caramel Cloud Macchiato. It was quite good. Usually order the Pumpkin Spice Latte or the protein Cold Brew drink when I visit this location at other times.. I have a few friends in RSM, and we enjoy our coffee drinks and conversation when we get together. Btw, depending on the time, it may be hard to get inside seating. There are many customers using laptops.

Always enjoy their coffee but it's this location that makes this Starbucks a destination. Lots of indoor seating and a beautiful outdoor seating area with a water fountain. This outdoor area is rather large and always clean.

I absolutely love this place! The customers are genuine, but what really stands out is the amazing staff. They truly know how to kickstart your day! Thank you!
