Mountain Mike's Pizza

Stopped ny here for a beer and a little pizza and was very glad I did. The IPA pizza hit the spot after a hard day's work. The people that helped me out were awesome. Thanks Angie! I'm definitely coming back for a happy hour again. Also, there's a cool little arcade so this place is very kid friendly.

Literally the worst pizza I have ever tasted. Grocery store frozen is better.

Just a little post on customer service. Mountain Mike 's Pizza sent out a text message saying welcome to our family Come enjoy a free Medium 1 topping pizza on us. I was like cool! I clicked on it, looked into the exp date and put it on the back burner to do today. It was clearly good for a week. I have screen shots because it was still up on my phone browser. Yesterday, I called to place an order and was given the run around by the kids that work there, first, not knowing about it and then saying it was only good on Wednesday. I finally got someone on the phone who admitted it was there and was good for a week but said the owner/manger changed it to Wednesday only and they would not honor it. They didn 't send a retraction text which would have been easy and the people working there were really rude about it. I 'm sure they are someone 's kids who live here that work there and I feel for them since it was clearly the RSM location management who made the decision not to honor the offer for those of us who called but it really could have been handled better. Choose to use them or not but the only way we can make a statement is by not giving them our business. It 's not about the stupid free pizza. It 's about the false marketing efforts and how many other people just won 't say anything and let them get away with it without calling them out.

Ordered 1 XL pepperoni and mushroom pizza . Waited 40 minutes only to see the order was placed for 1/2 pepperoni and 1/2 mushroom!!. Had no choice but to leave with the pizza since the wait is too long. Please train your staff.

Beat pizza in
