Luna Grill - Rancho Santa Margarita

They initially impressed us; we ordered several times a week and loved their food. Although they raised their prices, which is understandable given the circumstances, it seems they've also lost their commitment to quality. Recently, I ordered a gyro plate and when I got home, I found there was barely half the amount of meat we used to receive. I called to inquire about it, and Ashley answered, stating that they weigh the meat and insisted that there was no way the portion could be incorrect. It seemed like she was dismissing the possibility of human error and that they are always perfect. I don't mind paying more for quality food, but I can't accept poor customer service. I won't be ordering from them again.

I absolutely love this place! We've dined at a few locations, and this one consistently serves the same generous portions with all the ingredients. The service is fantastic as well!

Luna Grill seems to be struggling. Many menu items are no longer available, including beer. The tables were dirty, and there was no cable service. I had hoped to dine in for a change of atmosphere, but it felt more like a takeout place now. They only offered plastic containers and utensils, which meant everything had to be thrown away after use. The food portions were smaller, and the quality wasn't what it used to be. It's such a shame, and I was really disappointed by the drastic changes.

Like so many restaurants today?They are doing everything possible to avoid communicating with the customer. I tried ordering online, picked it up from a ?shelf?, and got home to find that my meat was not just over cooked, but burned. I attempted to call about it, got a recording giving the usual feeble excuse for why they can?t speak to me live, left me on hold for 17 minutes. I gave up threw the meal away. I won?t be back to the RSM location!

Can Luna Grill get any stingier? I know inflation, supply chain, yadda yadda but $18 for this? I've always thought Luna Grill was a bit of a rip off but today's plate is the final straw. I can buy an entire rotisserie chicken, bag of pita bread, container of hummus and package of rice for $18 and feed 4 people. And probably have leftovers. $4 more gets me 12 oz of delicious garlic tzatziki from Trader Joe's. No more Luna Grill for us! Byeeeeee
