Completely disorganized and the staff is extremely rude. Waited for over 20 minutes in the drive-thru when there was only two cars ahead of me. When I got to the window the person only handed me part of my order and then made me sit for another 7 or 8 minutes. Waiting for the rest of the order. Came back to the window and tried to charge me again. Not realize and he'd already started helping me. Then a lady took over. Handed me my bag and said here's your food and just kind of chucked it at me and then slammed the window. I'm not sure what kind of dysfunctional stuff is going on there but don't take it out on the customers and learn to get organized. Won't be returning to this location. The food was also subpar.

I spent $35 on food for 6 people, and they would on give 6 packets of hot sauce. Since when? Sorry I’ll go to Taco Bell. How hard is it to put together two burritos? I ordered two bean and cheese burritos one with red sauce, one with green sauce. What I got was a tortilla filled with beans there was no cheese no sauce on either one. Is it that difficult? These people are being paid almost $20 an hour now and they can't get a simple order correct

Credit card fraud is definitely happening here. BE AWARE!!! After not being provided my credit card back after going thru drive thru I spent 3 days calling to be hung up on when someone finally answered. When I arrived I found the manager making excuses for not answering and she had a stack of credit cards mostly from SFFCU. She clearly did not have these in any secured location as she turned a corner to the back and immediately was in front of me holding my card with another 20 or so cards. I reported this to the corporate team who immediately had contacted her but she was unapologetic about the issue only citing she was there onsite and unaware anyone had called and she did not need to secure the lost cards. Something is definitely corrupt going on here. I highly recommend not risking fraud by going to this location. My last visit they had a plumbing issue causing the drains and toilets to backflow back into the store. The entire inside smelled of sewer and they were still conducting business. I fear there is a serious health issue going on at the location!!
