Bobby D's Ribeye - Rancho Santa Fe

Bobby D's is an amazing neighborhood restaurant that I have enjoyed several times. I have recommended it to many people. My favorite entree is the short ribs. The house salad and the caesar salad are also excellent. The french onion soup is a real winner, as is the potato leek. And you can't go wrong with the garlic sauted green beans or the brussel sprouts.

Price point and food good but Their signature dish short ribs was undercooked. It is fall off the bone dish and it was a cut off like steak dish. Good short ribs take hours of slow cooking at low temp. Thye then fall off the bone like apot roast. Other dishes served were good.

Terrific find in Rancho Santa Fe. The food was great and the price is outstanding. Our party of all had a different meal choice and we all absolutely loved the food. Very anxious to try Breakfast or Lunch as well. Great place to enjoy conversation with friends and family.
