Kumano Sushiya - Rancho Palos Verdes

Sushia, located on West Avenue next to Carl's Jr., was closed for about a year. We always enjoyed their sushi and service, so we were disappointed when they closed. However, they have reopened and we had dinner there last night. We were not disappointed - the food was fantastic. We arrived for an early dinner, as they open around 5pm. We were the first to arrive, but as the restaurant filled up, we noticed that all the other guests, as well as our waitress Christine, were just as happy to see Sushia open again. If you have been there before, we recommend going back. If you have never been, please support the owner Bill and his staff by paying them a visit.

I absolutely adore this charming little restaurant! After being closed for a few years, they have finally reopened and I couldn't be happier. My first visit since their reopening did not disappoint - the same fantastic quality and delicious food as always. They open on Saturdays around 5 pm, and my friends and I were there right on time. We loved the tempura, assorted sushi, and everything was just amazing.
