This IHOP was very helpful and friendly..yes I would go back to eat there again..and our server Maria was very professional and grateful..

Gilberto our server was alright. My friend ordered the tres leche pancakes and he got the blueberry pancakes. We brought it the attention of Gilberto. He apologized and offered to take it back and bring the right order. Once he took it back, he returned within 30 second with the right order. This new plate was ice old!My plate included pancakes. They were ice old as well. The tiny piece of butter they threw on top was like rock hard.So according to my server, ihop does not bring up the tray of different flavor syrups anymore, even though this was a signature detail of theirs. Gilberto served me those ice cold pancakes and did not even offer me the syrup. Maybe he was expecting me to down it dry.When I asked for the syrup, he simply brought the container with regular old fashioned syrup. When I enquired about they tray of different flavors, this is when he informed me that ihop does not bring the tray anymore; that the customer needs to ask for a the specific one desired.At this particular restaurant, if you are a told full size man, don’t let them seat you in the two seater center section of the restaurant. These seats are for smaller statue individuals.On my way out I noticed that their food heat lamp was off.This was the most undesirable and unpleasant experience I have ever had at an ihop.

My grandfather came with his mother that has Alzheimer's and the waitress yelled at her for asking for silverware just disappointed that people like that work in customer service

This place is horrible it has bad customer service , I can here today with my family and they ignore u and small cups , this is my first time being at this ihop I would recommend food but customer service is bad if u have bad patient don't come here.
