Pinzimini- Westin Rancho Mirage

Our meals were excellent! The only drawback was the loud children at the next table. Parents, please take charge and discipline your children!

After waiting 20 minutes past our reservation time to be seated, we were frustrated by a very talkative server. However, the dining experience was quite enjoyable. The $70 “Gourmet Prime Rib and Seafood Buffet” included lox, a type of white fish casserole, oysters, and soup as part of its seafood selection. We wouldn't recommend it!

I visited the restaurant for their Christmas buffet, and the food was only average. We had to wait 30 minutes before our reservation time. Additionally, the chairs in the dining area were very wobbly and needed to be replaced.

It was the worse dinner we had on this place. the food and service was cruel! they calculated $69 per person 18 congratulation for a buffet dinner that was cold, inflammatory and not much choice of food. they did not even have Italian food in the buffet and it is an Italian restaurant. they used the people because it was the Christmas day and most places were closed because of the holiday. a total control!

Christmas buffet was a disaster. Had reservation but waited more than 30 minutes for table. Heard customers complaining about empty buffet. Decided to stroll by the buffet before we were seated and almost every dish was gone. Customers standing around with empty dishes. Restaurant was simply not prepared to keep up. Maybe staff shortage but for $69 head we just decided to leave before seating. Would have expected better from a Westin sponsored restaurant.
