Pastry Swan Bakery - Rancho Mirage

We ordered a special cake for our mother?s 80 birthday The cake was pretty but we ordered fresh strawberries and whip cream. We were lucky to get 2 strawberries in the whole cake. We went back to the bakery and was told we only put strawberries on the bottom layer or cake will slide. The cake was dry about 4 little pieces of strawberries that were dark in color looked like they were frozen. I wish I could share the pictures of the cake on this review. Very disappointed ?? , can?t see Whats inside until party. I well never go back to this bakery again.

The bran muffin is really good. It is oversized; therefor, it's a meal in itself. The coffee was freshly brewed and tasty. There was no long line. This is a great place for a light breakfast muffin. Note: The owner is looking for an experienced cake decorater and a plant based chef.

The prices are on the high side. The cheesecake was delicious but a bit too soft; maybe that’s just how they do it in California. The carrot cake was quite sweet and possibly a little dry. The macarons were enjoyable, and the lemon bars were excellent. The brownie bar was fairly good as well.

I recently celebrated my 60th birthday and had a challenging time finding a bakery in Palm Springs to make a cake, with most places not even returning my calls. Luckily, I discovered Swan Pastries, and they were incredibly accommodating! They even offer guava filling, which is a bonus! The cake they created was stunning and truly a showstopper, not to mention delicious. While the color wasn’t exactly Tiffany blue, it was very close and exceeded my expectations. I was really impressed by their customer service, creativity, and taste. From now on, anytime I need a cake in or near Palm Springs, I will definitely turn to this fantastic bakery! You won’t be disappointed.

I ordered two cakes for my sons' birthdays in January, and I couldn't be happier with the results! The talented ladies at the bakery truly create art rather than just baking. The cakes were delicious, and both my sons absolutely loved them! They made their special days even more memorable. Fantastic job! The ordering process was a breeze too; I received a quote almost immediately, and there were no issues when I picked the cakes up. It's a wonderful bakery!
