Ben Jerry's - Rancho Mirage

Came after dinner for some shakes. the place is clean and the staff is friendly. the reason for the low stars is because our shakes were more liquid than thick shaking. it was gone. I'm sure they're okay, but a reminder of the consistency for shakes.

If they ever want an example of bad customer service, this is the place to go. I'm sorry, they have to accept it. good ice, but terrible customer service. that was on the labor day at 17.30 o'clock. I have totally turned to the brand in case management want to know who it was, it was not the big guy, but the other shorter. Rarely, write them reviews, but my friend was totally disappointed by the lack of ease and courtesy.

Great service! The young man who served us left us in a better mood than we came in! He was kind and helpful. While we ate our delicious ice cream, he moved around the store and made sure everything was clean and organized. Great work Ethics! It was a pleasure to go there.

Great location, with outside seat near the water. Many ducks. Servers were great.

Fantastic ice cream for when you have a sweet tooth after dinner.
