Johnny O's Cafe - Rancho Cucamonga

I have to admit, I almost wanted to keep this place a secret! The staff is incredibly friendly, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, the food is delicious, and the prices are reasonable. Everything about this restaurant deserves a perfect score. It's quite cozy, so I wouldn’t recommend it for large groups. It fills up quickly, so be prepared for a wait, but it's absolutely worth it!

This restaurant was decent, but we didn't think it matched the glowing reviews. On the plus side, the portions are enormous—one order could easily feed two average-sized people. However, the food was quite salty, and we ordered coffee twice from the same server, but it never arrived. Additionally, we felt a bit rushed, as they presented us with the bill and cleared our table before we had finished eating. On the bright side, the servers were very pleasant. Overall, this place is bustling and has an appealing menu. We tried the biscuits and gravy, which was good but not outstanding. The chorizo and egg dish was tasty, but again, overly salty and incredibly generous in size. I can understand why some people rave about this place, but it was just okay for us.

Each time I've visited, the service has been excellent and attentive, the food has been delicious, and the atmosphere has been warm and inviting.

The food was good, they came quick to ask us if we wanted anything to drink. We got our food pretty quick and everything was really good. The environment was cool. Good music.

When you first walk in, it feels like something average. But as soon as you enter the staff there are so friendly and lovely. Food came out pretty quickly. I have the spinach omelette and a biscuit and gravy. Hubby had hash and eggs. We kept stealing each other’s food because it was all so tasty! Everything was seasoned perfectly and tasted fresh. I think the biscuit and gravy was my favorite but I’m also walking away full, and still craving more omelette! Being only 10 minutes from Ontario airport, I think it’s a place we will revisit again and again!
