Mcdonald's - Rancho Cucagmonga

This McDonald's can get slammed. The staff are friendly and courteous. The right location requires that you walk through the drive thru cue to get to the front entrance. The interior is relatively clean and the restrooms are clean. Visited weekday,afternoon.

I ordered 4 MC Doubles and they gave me single patties. The closing manager refused to give me a refund and said only the opening manager could give refunds. When I was given incorrect order I wasn?t provided with a receipt and the closing managerwas rude demanding for a receipt. I?m not able to provide a receipt that wasn?t given to me. Bad Customer service. Watch whenyou order because they give the incorrect items. Also the dining room closes at 10pm to order and all the doors where closed at9:40pm which forces customers to go to the drive through before the dining is suppose to close according to the closing hoursthey report to corporate.

My 7 year old kid is so disappointed to come and ordered happy meal here. Today is just 2nd day and early afternoon for Halloween bucket event. They have it available online and when we came to the store they said they run out but at the same timeI saw one of the staff carried one orange Halloween bucket in the brown paper bag! Don?t come if you are looking for Halloweenpails! Bad service !

I?ve been to quite a few McDonald?s in Southern California and this specific McDonald?s was awesome. Even though I only went through the drive-through, the employee at the first window and second window asked me how my day was, made eye contact,smiled, and it was just a different drive-through experience versus anything else I?ve ever had at any fast food chain. Good jobyou guys! I don?t know if this helps commending the individuals that were at the window, but I was there at 11:35 AM today.

How much do they want an hour? What?s the rate for someone to make sure there?s the correct amount of patty? ???? Oh, the missing side order of apple slices didn?t help either.
