Jack In The Box - Rancho Cordova

I have consistently had issues with my orders at this Jack in the Box; there's always at least one item missing, and often there are more mistakes. I've stopped visiting this location in person and would rather pay more for delivery from a farther restaurant. I cannot recommend this place at all.

Everything was excellent. They made the teriyaki bowl with extra vegetables, just as I requested.

It doesn't make sense to place an ice-cold drink directly on top of the food in the bag. I understand that it's a sealed bottle of orange juice, but still.

The sandwiches were great. Breakfast platter was good cake was good. Our issue was with the service of the restaurant. We were missing all our fries and sauces requested. our dasher admitted that she had to return to the restaurant twice bc they forgot the cake and the platter the first time she went

I can't comment on the food since we never got to order. We had to wait 30 minutes just to leave the drive-thru because the staff wouldn’t take our order. Very disappointing service!
