Chipotle Zinfandel Dr - Rancho Cordova

I always find a delicious piece of meat in my burrito bowl. This place is a must-visit!

Chipotle has a consistent experience no matter where you go. The sofritas are made from soy, and the fajita vegetables are grilled in oil. If you're looking to save calories, opt for the bowl instead of the burrito, which saves you 320 calories. Keep in mind that the guacamole adds 230 calories, and chips add another 500 calories. You can also consider skipping the cheese and sour cream. The staff is clean, friendly, and efficient, and there are always plenty of seats available.

I found everything to be quite stale. The guacamole was brown, the rice was hard as a rock, and the overall cleanliness was lacking. Additionally, the staff seemed indifferent. I won’t be returning to this Chipotle.

We don’t eat out often, and rarely at Chipotle. Pressed for time on a late night this week and also still needing a lunch plan for the next day, we stopped in and ordered four burritos, all with relatively the same ingredients, but some differences in selection. All four were double sofritas. When finished being made, one burrito was double the size of all the others, so that’s the one the two of us split for dinner and made the three smaller ones our individual lunches for three of us the next day. They didn’t label anything though, to differentiate what was inside the foil, so the next day I ate my son’s burrito without fajita veggies and pinto beans. And he ate my black bean with fajita veggies where he was. The guy making our food seemed to be super pissed to be there, probably leading to his disproportionate servings and lack of labeling. I felt like pulling the plug and leaving halfway through him making the first burrito, but felt I owed it to the business to finish the transaction since they were already started into the second and third burritos. This isn’t my local Chipotle. My local Chipotle must be a different franchise because everything from the service to the store’s appearance was off from my local store. This one will never see me again. I’ll go hungry before I come back here.

I consistently found bits of meat in my burrito bowl, which really ruined the experience. I would recommend skipping this location.
