I’ve tried the Bowinkles in Rio Linda and just discovered this one in Rancho. I have to say, the experience was fantastic! The food was fresh, hot, and exactly what I ordered. The burger I had was amazing. I will definitely be coming back!

I finally had the chance to visit this new restaurant that opened just a few weeks ago. The front area is quite small, with only two tables, but the kitchen must be much larger because I could hear the burgers sizzling away! As I was browsing the menu, the couple in front of me placed their order. There was only a brief wait, but when it was my turn at the register, I still hadn’t decided what I wanted. The menu is extensive, featuring a lot of familiar options along with some unique choices I hadn't come across before, so I asked the cashier for her recommendations. Instead of giving the usual response of "everything is good," she shared her top three favorites: the mushroom burger, the BBQ bacon cheeseburger, and a French burger. I recognized the first two but had never heard of a French burger, so I inquired about it. She explained that it's a regular burger served on French bread. If that’s what they consider a regular burger, I’m really impressed! The patty was large, round, and thick—cooked perfectly, still hot on the way home, and incredibly juicy. It was topped with plenty of crunchy onions, just how I like it. When my wife saw my burger, her only reaction was, "Where did you get THAT?" Apparently, I should have ordered another one! Next time, I definitely will, and there will absolutely be a next time!

I'm a huge fan of the classic melt they serve here. If you have a sweet tooth, make sure to try your favorite milkshake—I personally love the strawberry! Their fries and onion rings are great as well.
