Contribuiți la feedbackArrived about an hour before closing. The first question asked by the server is one hour enough for your party? Fair question. Ordered pizza, lasagne and spaghetti oglio w/calamari. Pizza was the best of the three, lasagna and calamari was eatable. Bread was stale...at best. The server deserves wins Mr No Personality contest hands down. You never tell your clients you are very busy when they try to engage in small talk (specially with two other tables with customers). Relax, smile and learn social skills it will help to compensate for mediocre food.
Never again! We had a party of 18, 8 of which were kids and sat in the kids room. The waiter and staff were horrible about the noise from our area. This is a freaking burger place that is now trying to be a fancy...restaurant so they can charge more. The waiter actually hit a glass with a fort to get the whole restaurants attention to tell us to quiet down. When confronted he said others were complaining, there were 2 other tables in the place. I would not recommend this place to anyone with kids and for sure not for groups with multiple kids. Do Not Go!
My wife and I have learned about this restaurant by a friend. they told us we should try the burgers. let me tell them that German burgers are not good in that. we took their recommendation and were here four years ago. The...first bite was like the sky! I am in the most juicy wonderful burger I ever had in my life. after cooking came the owner, larissa, to ensure that our burgers were to our satisfaction. After four years eating here larissa has tried to make every visit to make it out to speak with us and make sure our meal is satisfactory. it has never been satisfactory, but absolutely annoying! there was never a time as a customer, where a single person is rude on their personal. I'm sure if that ever happened that the person would be removed and they would be more short workers than insulting or hurting one of their customers. Moreover, the service speed for German eating is absolutely ridiculous. it is the perfect fusion of American gastronomy restaurants with German table service. if they want to miss home (america) and remember the amazing aromas of a mouthwatering freshly fed and grilled burgers, served them with the modest smile, then hotel anna is for them.
It is a very quaint restaurant with very nice staff. The Thursday Schnitzel special is fantastic. The Jaeger Schnitzel has a very robust flavor. The Rahmschnitzel is also hearty with more sublime scallion elements. The Burger is expensive by American standard, but it is the...best in town and worth the splurge. In Germany, if you don't request your meat medium rare, it comes out cooked. But when you request it medium rare, it comes out as you asked. And it is fantastic. Germans aren't as used to cooking hackfleisch (ground beef), but Hotel Anna nails it.
This has become my go-to restaurant in Ramstein since visiting here. Food is absolutely delicious! I'm a personal chef, so I look for places to eat that take their time and deliver quality. The homemade burgers won me over, as well as the pizza and schnitzels. You won't find a better place to eat locally.
