Crown Anchor - Ramsbury

This is a very nice pub and the owners are so welcoming and friendly. eating is excellent. the current menus are more diverse than what is published here on google. they have a senior menu with a deal eating on Thursday and Friday can include a cure, two courses or three and all the options include a drink (beer or wein). on this menu and on the regular menu there are many possibilities. a special mention for the chips that they belong to the best I had!

Great food and friendly staff giving a nice village pub feel. Accommodation was very nice and comfortable. Will do a return visit.

First time visiting this pub since it has been recently refurbished and came recommended. The new finish is very nice and makes the whole pub feel bright and modern without losing the classic local pub feel. Good range of drinks including London Pride which was a welcome surprise as it has become hard to find. There is also a pool table which costs £1 per game with readily available cues as well as a dart board and darts in the same room. There is ample parking to the rear of the pub and plenty of outdoor seating. Although I haven't personally eaten here I do know that food is served here.

This is a lovely place to stay. The room we stayed in has its own entrance, was really clean and has a very comfortable bed. The owners are friendly, cheerful and helpful, plus they serve an enormous cooked breakfast! Tea and coffee making facilities and toiletries supplied, plus onsite parking. Highly recommended.

Brilliant pub. Friendly atmosphere. Great food. Dog friendly.
