Great meal, pretty good value. Snappy, friendly service. Just have to back yourself with some of these German places and it worked in this case. Was also pretty full - always a good sign.

Been to Restaurant Hindenburglinde for Lunch with my family quite a few times when near beautiful Lake Hintersee: Very nice family place with fresh, regional food and also an ambitious international touch. Very friendly staff, good with kids. Dishes are more about excellent quality than...mere quantity, so if you have been hiking, you might want to order a starter upfront. Or go for the home-made cakes and very nice desserts instead.
