Cafe de l’Ormeau - Ramatuelle

This is a wonderful ,back in time coffee place ! Markets days coffee or glass of wine is a must ! Grapevine incredible!

This is a very old-fashioned place in a good sense. The atmosphere of the place is nice and location good.

Ramatuelle is one of my favorite small town on the riviera. This place has been my hangout since the 70's. It has not changed at all. It is a cafe, tabac shop, news paper stand with a great terrace. I used to stay in St Tropez a month at a time, and every day came to buy the paper, cigarettes and a little Rosé wine. The people that run it are the daughters of the owner I knew. Nice people. not expensive. I don't think this bistro serves any food or if they do I've never had it. Across the street the little bakery sells the famous Tarte Tropezienne. I recommend this charming cafe and the tart.
