I live outside of Brechin and was overjoyed to hear Timmies had come to town. In a small town the Tim Hortons is a major restaurant and gathering place and we are very glad to have one.

We have tried our new local Tim Hortons a few times as its much closer than going to Orillia or Beaverton. I agree totally with the other reviews...it's always something. Toaster broken, short staffed, extra long waits ...and the latest excuse- when we tried to get a bacon english muffin sandwich we were told that there was no one there to make eggs so instead they put a hash brown in a bun and charged my husband for the sandwich before telling him of the switch. My husband did go on the Tim Hortons site- which he never does- to tell them "how they did today" and received a standard form letter/email back not even addressing or acknowledging the specific issue. This was pretty much the final straw and last time we will patronize Tim Hortons as they seem to have forgotten the customers who made them the profitable company they are today which is a shame.

Handy stop in a town that has very little else , the parking is congested with the parking lot shared with the gas bar beside it . Coffee and doughnut were the same as at any other Horton's

I dread this tim hortons. Always something when I go, either slow service, someone stopped or parked in the drive through at both ends, people not able to navigate the corner of the drive through or the food just not up to par. I had a breakfast with a hash brown, it was terrible. We had a grilled cheese and it was the worst thing ever!!! The potato wedges with it cold. Only good for coffee.
