Subway - Rama

We stopped in to grab lunch to take to the cottage. My Wife got me a 12 Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki sub for me. Chicken Bacon Ranch Salad for her. It's been a long time since I've experienced the juicy explosion of flavor from a sub.They knocked it out of the park today! Sandwich was chocked full of fresh delicious toppings. Fast friendly service. Well done Rama Subway! We'll be back!

I have had good meals at this restaurant in the past, but unfortunately, this time was a disappointment. We ordered through the app, which I believe may have contributed to the errors in our order. The food seemed to have been reheated for too long, resulting in the outer layer being too hard and hot. The toppings were not what we requested and there was a lack of cheese on our dishes.

This restaurant is really deteriorating, as they seem more focused on money than on keeping the customers happy.

I’m celiac and the staff did everything in their power to ensure no cross contamination. They changed gloves, wiped down the counter, used a different pan they cleaned, and used double paper to make sure that nothing would have crumbs. It’s impossible to be perfect… but they were near close!
