Wendy's - Raleigh

The wait in the drive-thru was very slow, but other than that, everything else was good.

Ok, so here my review has been here many times, so it is what it is food orders are accurate, but slow drinks machine coke free style is empty staff not change or keep it good employees are worth 99 cents a Wendys dollar menu worth baths are ghetto dining room cleanliness is sad would be better just take out or only recommend if desperately only go elsewhere.

The food at Wendy's is consistently delicious, and the staff at this location was extremely courteous and friendly.

Terrible attitude of the staff today, forget to carry my mask inside and they advised me instead of asking me courteously to put my mask that I had in my pocket. frankly, the behavior of a manager and staff at a place where I am regularly, hurts my feelings. I will certainly move my business elsewhere, where people are a little more polite and reasonable.

I ordered a southwest avocado salad, however, it didn't have any avocado on it. I purchased through the drive thru, so I didn't realize until I was in my hotel room. I wasn't happy with not getting the salad that I ordered, but the salad that I received was acceptable.
